We all have our quirks and mannerisms that make others fall for us. Many are unique, but there’s a fair share of things that girls do that guys love across the board, well in some cases. I know saying “I like you” or “I love you” is hard. A secret romance is fun and is usually very short-lived and often shady. Guys know that when a girl is truly into someone. Guys love girls who actually fess up to their feelings. This includes admitting it to themselves or showing them off to her friends. A girl might do this by telling him I like or love him, displaying it on social media, or even sharing it with the guy’s friends. There’s no greater feeling for him than knowing he’s #1 on the girl’s list. He might act like he doesn’t want it or be embarrassed by it, but lowkey they like the attention if he is also interested in the girl.

2. Encouraging others.
You may not know it, but girls are one empowering group of people. They have a way with words and they channel this ability to encourage and uplift others in their time of need. Have you ever read a fellow girl’s comments on her friend’s Instagram post? She’ll be all up in there yelling, “Fire, YAS, damn girl, that’s my hot best friend!” Girls will hype up their friends, and guys are all about it. They know that this ability will translate over to a relationship, and what is more important than supporting your partner?
3. Wearing the guys’ hoodies/clothes.
This is the easiest thing that a girl could do that drives guys wild. Girls steal guys’ clothing because it’s comfy and/or they usually like the guy and want to have something that’s his. Going back to the first bullet, it’s all about actually liking him. Doing this could be cute, fun, and also be labeled as a couple, which guys like to show to others unless he’s a player.
4. Being playful and flirty.
Being boring usually leads to a boring relationship. Some guys do like to be around a flirty girl, especially when he’s the one who initiated the flirting in the first place. This could be as subtle as touching his arm while the girl laughs at his joke, or as blunt as running her fingers through his hair with a playful smile. Being playful and flirty doesn’t have to be touchy either; you can use your tone, open body language, or smile to pass the message along with ease.

5. Having a similar personality as him.
No two people are created the same, but you can definitely find two who are peas in a pod. While opposites attract, similarity sticks. Guys love a girl who seems to match their character. Because at the end of the day, they want someone who they can talk with and do the same things together. And being able to talk and do things together helps build a long-lasting relationship.
6. Comforting others.
Eight times out of ten, if a kid falls and hurts themselves, they’ll go crying to mommy. The maternal instinct is a real thing, and some girls possess it way before they become mothers. This desire to comfort those who are hurting or sad spreads to friends and boyfriends alike. Guys love the safety and comfort that girls offer when no one else in their life does.
7. Showing vulnerability.
Some guys like it when girls show some vulnerability. This could be her opening up about an insecurity, sharing a secret, or discussing her fears. No one is perfect, so showing this side to a guy is really just her being more relatable and genuine. At the end of the day, guys don’t like the fake stuff. Plus, by opening up, it allows the guy an opportunity to step up and help or protect the girl any way he can, basically hoping to show the girl that he’s capable of helping or protecting the ones he loves. 8. Cuddles.
Cuddling has been shown to increase our happy hormones, lowering stress levels, improving mood, and even lowering levels of depression. And overall just comfortable to do. Most guys like this, I mean who doesn’t like being the little spoon, I mean big spoon when watching a romantic movie?
9. Focusing on her goals.
Few things can get in the way of a woman when they have a goal in mind. Guys know this and love it. Her goal isn’t just speaking volumes about her interests, it also shows her dedication, motivation, and coolness. She’s showing that she can be large and in charge to get what she wants. Guys who are also goal-oriented are especially attracted to girls like that because, at the end of the day, they both have the same mindset. Of course, their goals don’t have to be the same.
10. Showing affection.
They don’t call it a woman’s touch for nothing. Guys love when girls show affection as much as guys love their games. That’s a lot. This affection is usually the mushy gushy stuff that makes you say “awww” during romantic movies. It could be snuggly-hugs, shy kisses, hand-holding, or playing with his hair. If it makes her feel warm and fuzzy inside, it’s something he will also feel warm and fuzzy about. Guys might not initiate this contact, but they are melting on the inside when a girl shows affection.
